"GOOD BYE TO MY SCHOOL''

Is been so hard and sad to said good bye to classmates and my special and nice teacher Liz.
I was so happy to be on that class enjoying with the same people. But now I have to start again I don't like this part, exactly when you fell very comfortable with your partners you have to move.
I really hate this part is been so hard for me the last 5 months, first I missed my unborn baby; which we been waiting with my husband for about 10 years. I was thinking was the end of my life, was very painful for me and him now I can talk about it.
But thanks to my entire family, and all my friends support, I'm getting up. When something like that happen; is so hard understand and get it over. But thanks GOD I fell so much better now, my husband is with me all the time he really support me his one of my big reason to keep going with my normal life.
He means everything for me. He really is.

So after all that bad things past, I came back to ESL classes and keep learning more computer skills and course English, my writing still bad. I have to work more hard.
I start having more friends I really was enjoying my class, but 2 months ago my youngest brother told me, he was planing come back to Mexico, he wants I moved over the place he was living, in Redmond city. I was living in Renton at that moment.

So it was good about "moving" but I didn't liked the news he wants to back to our country. Because I don't now for how long I will see him again.
So on March 1st we moved in to Redmond and course my brother is gone. Now he is at Mexico and sounds like he is very happy.
And I am very happy for him too. But I miss so much my older place, my school my teacher and of course my classmates.
I been in touch with them but is not the same.
Anyway real life is like that some times changes is very good to improve your own life. And learn something new.
Now I will start on new school and I will have a new teacher and new friends.

"MOVING IS NOT FUN''

Oh my gosh I can't believe how much piece of junk we accumulate, even if your been living in 1 bedroom apartment.
I started moving on February 28Th I'm still not done to put all my stuff away.
We were living in that apartment for about 6 years and I have not idea I was had that much junk. Now we move to 3 bedroom mobile home and I can't decide yet what that I going to do with all that items.
I been select what I think I will need and what I don't, is so hard because is your money. If you start throw away is like you are waste your money for nothing.
I been select clothes I been having for years and I don't want to throw away because I think I will use later and maybe not.
So I don't know how long it will take to done.
I been doing the same thing for all my others stuff.
I have dishes and clothes since I start living with my husband 10 years ago, and my husband said how come you still have all that piece of junk, I don't even know too.
So today is March 21Th and I still not done, no idea when I really like this place it's very nice and quite. I am very happy but very desperate too.
I pro mess my self I will done soon before my ESL class start which is sooner.
And I miss so much my all classmates and my nice teacher.
That is the hard think I been missed so badly but always when you have to move an other place is for something really good I hope so because you start new life, new school, new friends, new teacher, new classmates.
I am exited about it. I wish my self good luck in that...

"MY LAST DAY AT WORK''

Today Feb- 23- 2010 was my last day working at Arby's for about 8 years.
I fell very sad it was my second family I will miss all of my partners, but I have to move to different city.
Move is not easy and its words when you been that long at the same place it is for me.
We will move to Redmond city, it is expensive place but very nice and quite.
I am very happy because my new place it is very cozy, but I will missing very badly all of my partners and my boss too.
I really like my job but, I have to take this decision because, I would like to keep study ESL.
But now I will be student for full time. Arby's was my second job at this state since 2002.
I remember I used to work with my first boss ( General Manager ) Hassam he used to worked for Wendy's so I met him over there,because Wendy's was my first job, one day he told me, he well move to an other company and he asked me if I want to move with him, I desired do it. And I worked with him for about 6 years but 2 years ago he moved to Rochester Minnesota. After he left the restaurant rules change complete.
I been meeting at least 5 managers no one of them, is like him.
The store is been having alot different managers but finally we have one. But we don't know for how long.
I really will missing my partners, I have 3 of them now they are 3 of my best friends, Franky, Patty, Blanca. I have relation with them outside the job, I know the rules say we don't post to be friends but it was very hard, the soon we meted we felling like family. Today was very hard to say good bye, I know we will keep in touch by phone but it is different than been with them almost everyday, I promise m,y self I will stop by once in a while.
And know I have to say good bye to my classmates too.
I will have broken heart already I am. It is an other history.

Michoacan Ocampo is one the 31 constituent states of Mexico. It borders the states of Colima and Jalisco to the west, Guanajuato and Queretaro to the north, Mexico to the east, Guerrero to the south-east, and the Pacific Ocean to the South.
Michoacan has an area of 59,864 km (23,113.6 sq mi) It is one of the 16 largest states of Mexico, taking up 3% of the national territory. In 2005 census population was at 3,966,073 people. Its state of capital is the city of Morelia (previously known as Valladolid), located between 2 main cities in Mexico, Mexico city and Guadalajara.
Michoacan has 113 Municipalities. Temperature is between 14 and 18 c with maximum of 38c in the early summer.
Another major attracion is the volcano Paricutin 1 of the newest volcanoes in the world. Born in February 20th in 1943.
Yearly between about October and April,tourism as more than 100 millions monarch butterflies, migrate from Canada and North of the United States to the mountains in Michoacan.
EDUCATION:
During the Colonial period the city had 4 major educational institutions.
Michoacan is knownforits rich varied culture, most notably for its unique pre-Columbian architecture as well as its art and cuisine.
NOTABLE SITES:
Almost all of Morelia's notable sites lie in its historic center, due to its history.
This historic center is roughly equivalent to the original layout of the city when it was founded in 1541.
Michoacan also has many unique species including the Jaguar, Jaguarundi, Cougar,Onza, Ocelot, Margay, Coyote, and Boa.
Also we have reptiles include spiny lizard, bunchgrass lizards, rattlesneakes, coral sneaks, the ornate box turtle, the Mexican burrowing sneak, lyre sneaks and many others.
We also have armadillo,white-nosed coati,the raccon, squirrels, skuns.
The Michoacan Dwarf Spiny-tailes Iguana or Nopiche. Some of the birds of the state are chachalacas, roadrunners, doves, the Northern Caracara, the golden eagle, vultures, quail, the Groove-billed.
The capital city is Morelia, often cited as "the most beautiful city in Mexico".
There are also several archeology temples and sites where tourist get to see ancient petroglyphs of many different indigenous cultures, some of them still present in many towns in Michoacan.

"AMERICAN DREAM"

Hi I want to talk about my experiences of my life in America since I came from my country. I am an immigrant. I came to the United States 16 years ago I was younger and life was less hard than today.
I was living with 2 of my auties at California the firs time I came from my country Both of them were married and their own family.

The first year I was a babysitter for 2 of cousin's.
But it was kind of difficult because they used to spoke English only.
I kept trying to understand when they spoke to me slowly.
I used to going out with 2 of my aunties alot because they wanted to let me know about the variety of beautiful places, California has; it was very fun I really enjoyed it.

Was very nice experience being together with 2 aunties. Before I came to this country I hadn't seem them for about 10 years or more, I can't remember, how long.
They used to give money to spend for my personals needs.
Years later I found a job and I started inviting them to the mall and paid for whatever they wanted to.

My experience compare G. B. was pretty much similar. Now I wish to go back to my first time I came to this country. Now I have to pay alot bills, rent,insurance, etc.
Now I am married but I still wish to back to the simple immigrant life.
I don't think being happy means you have to be rich.

ADJECTIVES


My hometown at Mexico is way smaller than Renton. But it has beautiful beach and huge river we also have a nice lake.

My sister Anabel is 22 years old and I 38 years old so I am 16 years older than her.
And she also has two children a girl her name is Naomi and a boy his name is Rudy.


Nora is more smiling and talktive than Tatiana. And I am more talktive than Maarianne.

' MY NEIGHBORS'

The place I live has only 4 apartments and I have been living there for about 5 years.
We are 4 different familys, I live in the apartment #1 and in front of my apartment lives 3 of my best friends,and I have known about 5 and 10 years.
They are from Oaxaca,Merida States of Mexico. One of them is Wilbert I have known him for about 10 years he is a very good chef. And the other 2 are friends for about 5 years but we don't see them very often because they have 2 jobs.
And my neighbors on top are from Puebla Mexico. They have children, a boy and a girl. She is very nice person; her husband is a kind of quite guy but he is nice too.

I met then when they moved in about year a go. I talk to her almost everyday. She is very funny.
My other neighbor is American,her name is Beth and she has a son. We talk to almost every other day when we go to work.
I have never had any problems with any of my neighbors.
All of them are very nice people..

'MALLS'

Malls are like towns where people do many things. I like malls because you can find all kinds of clothes,shoes,jewelries,and home items and many more things.
I like malls because when you go shop,it is work like you are doing exercise.
Some times is good when you are depressed or sad, you don't have to spend money just go buy ice cream or cup of coffe and look for a nice place to sit. Try look to the people how they dress,how many members from the same family how fun they are,and also what do they buy. Is very interesting try it, it really works.
The other good thing is find store do you really like. And try look for something do you wish to have, don't buy it at that time, try come back when you think they are on sale.
Something I don't really like is to find parking, and sometimes we are so rude, when we try get one, you think you found one and somebody else took it from you.
But beside that I thing have malls are good. An other bad thing is when you spend a lot money and sometimes it is money you don't have; that's right many banks got so rich because we use credit cards. And you have to pay more than what you spent.

Martha's experience

I came to United States 16 years ago, my first year living here was very hard and sad. I was very frustrated because of English a different culture,and no friends. Also the people I used to live with were older than me. But the words part was I had never traveled before. My first 3 to 6 months I cried almost every day. I was missing very badly my mom and all my family. I didn't anything those first months.

But I started looking for job and I toughed it would be a problem because of the Lang barrier, so I decided taking care kids was probably easiest plus I can learn English.And at work I was taking care 2 kids a girl and a boy his name is Brent and her name is Lindsay I took care them for about 6 years. Also I was live in a housekeeper 5 days a week.

So that became pretty much my family. They made fell that way.
After 6 years my progress was very obviously; my English was way better and my life was 100% different.
I was still missing my family but fell more comfortable about it. I MET a lot friends and also I met my husband. The kids grew up and my job of taking care of them was pretty much done, their parents wanted me keep working for them but I decided with my husband to make a big change, to get married and move to an other state.
It was so hard for me to make that decision. I had fallen in love with my kids.
I felt that way. But we moved out. I still keep in touch with them till today.
Now I have my own family. I have very nice and wonderful husband. Looking back I think all the difficult past was for a good reason for my self. Now I am studing ESL at Renton Community College. I am very happy with the type of life I have right now. My life is 100% different than 16 years ago. Also I am so proud with my teacher and all my class mattes. She is very good teacher, thanks Liz for all your help....

It is very intersting but the one I am born, doesn't fit my personality. The one I am fell more close is DRAGON I am energetic,excitable,short-tempered and very honest. Also I'm very sensitive and brave. I can inspire trust on anyone...
